Declaring the Minor

• Learn more about the LGBIT Studies Minor by talking to the Faculty Committee members, talking to students who are currently taking courses towards the minor, reading the brochure, and browsing through the website.
  
  
• Contact one of the undergraduate advisors for declared minors and students interested in declaring the LGBIT Studies minor, for a brief overview of the program and to obtain paperwork. You will be advised on course offerings and sign paperwork related to declaring the minor.

• You may also pick up a petition form to declare the LGBIT Studies Minor at your College Office, from your academic advisor,or at the English Department.
  
  
• Visit with the LGBIT Studies Chair George Haggerty and your academic advisor to discuss a course of study.
  
  
• Submit the completed paperwork to the CHASS Dean’s Office located in the third floor of Humanities Building, HMNSS 3413.
