Travel

Trains:

Riverside has an excellent public train system that can take you to Los Angeles and locales in-between Riverside and Los Angeles. LA is approximately 50 miles from Riverside.

Buses:

The bus system in Riverside operates during limited hours and locations, but is another efficient way of getting from your hotel to campus, and to visit Riverside’s eclectic downtown.

Airports:

The nearest international airport is LAX located in Los Angeles. Shuttles are available between LA and Riverside but must be reserved beforehand.

A closer airport that is a hub for smaller airlines and limited service is Ontario Airport. Ontario Airport is approximately 30 miles from Riverside. It is also much easier to navigate and significantly less busy than LAX.
